Longest emergency room wait time I've ever experienced. Poor patient service. Horrible all around

So helpful and kind when I was in the ER. I was so worried, but they did a great job helping me.
Incompetent staff including Dr Cavnaugh, dirty, long wait. I spent over 8 hours trying to get help from a fall. Sat in the waiting room or a small treatment waiting for information from test, asked the staff twice in 8 hours what the hold up was and both times they were very nasty towards me. Discharge papers were all wrong had to argue to get them corrected before leaving. Just an unbelievable experience, almost impossible to try and explain. In my 61 years I have never been treated so bad at a medical facility and I have never seen one more dirty. FYI, I have good insurance, double insured, so this wasn't a charity case. Avoid....Avoid....Avoid!! This place should be shut down it's anything but an emergency room ! Go anywhere but Memorial.
Horrible and appalling bedside manner and patient service. I felt totally naked!
Recently had to take my son, for checkup. The staff, medical personal and the doctors were very kind and respectful to my family and really took good care of my son. Each step of the process and procedures done were carefully explained to me. Entertainment was provided to my son, comics, coloring and media. All the staff had a smile on their faces, looked confident and well organized.
