There were issues with my reservations, which was not the hotel's fault, I was very upset so I probably wasn't the most pleasant person. The lady at the front desk, Shannon, she went above and beyond to fix everything. She did an amazing job helping and making my visit great. The housekeeping was good, and they lady that does breakfast kept everything stocked and clean. Thank you ladies for an amazing stay!
Stay was great! its only a 3 minute drive to ND and has many places to eat within walking distance. Thank You so much Miss Shannon for fixing my boyfriends mistake since he booked the wrong day, your an amazing worker! Breakfast was great and a big variety to chose from. i believe the lady that ran the kitchens name is Kay. She was so sweet!
Great room, friendly people working, nice free breakfast, and really great rate. Was just stopping in between a 30 hour cross country drive and I was very satisfied.
This was significantly better than nearby hotels at its 60 dollar price point, however, it should be noted that this is no up to the standards of newer microtel properties. The interior seems to be straight out of the 80's,and not particularly in a good way. Still, it's hard to argue with the better-than-Motel6 room and free breakfast at this price point. Just don't expect the midrange quality you usually get from Microtel, even if it's still good value for money.
Rooms are a little small but very clean and great price for being so close to Notre Dame Campus. Breakfast was nice & fresh! Housekeepers came a little early to clean my room. Put Do Not Disturb sign up my second night so I got to sleep in.
