I never write Google reviews, yet this time, I simply could not let my experience go without helping others avoid my mistake. To put it simply: GO ABSOLUTELY ANYWHERE ELSE. Not only did it take an entire extra day for my dry cleaning to be ready, but the crotchety old woman behind the counter honestly could not have been more rude, demeaning, and condescending for no reason but to make dropping off my dry cleaning as difficult, time consuming, and altogether unpleasant as possible. needless to say, I'm not even considering giving this establishment a second chance, so why should you consider giving them a first?
I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!!! THE MAN RUSHED ANOTHER LADY AND MYSELF OUT OF THE DOOR BEFORE 9PM. HE WAS SO CONCERNED ABOUT CLOSING UP BEFORE 9PM THAT HE MADE ME TAKE MY CLOTHES HOME WET. HIS EXACT WORDS WERE "You have to take your clothes home wet". I would not recommend this place to anyone. Go to Burton's Laundry. They give you time to dry your clothes even after it is closing time. They care about their customers.NEVER EVER COME HERE!!!!! They should not get any stars.

I generally have a good experience here. I've gotten to know the staff and most of them are friendly, especially the lady who comes in the morning. She's my fav. I mostly use them for the laundry, but there are times when I dry cleans my clothes and the prices are fair. (About $4.50/piece to dry clean, $2.50 to press). The laundromat has a wide range of sizes, from small single loads to 35 pound triple washers to an 80lb washer. The machines are clean. What could make this place better is comfort. There are only a few, old wooden seats to sit in while you wait. No televisions. Sunny 101.5 plays on the radio all day. WiFi would be nice. Overall, still a good place to come and wash clothes.
