I love the brand new office and all of the staff. The only thing I wish was different was that there a wheelchair accessible scale. Dr. Casper is an amazing physician.
Love my doctor office. Give thanks to DeAnna Huss and Christopher Hall they are wonderful at what they do. The whole beacon group on Cleveland are is phenomenal!!!! Wouldn't want to go any other place but here to be treated :)
Where do I start? The nursing staff there are extremely rude. Phone calls and messages for the Doctors are never returned! Days would go by without a call back and then when I would call them to see if the Doctor had left a message or info on test results, they had it in there system but refused to pick up the phone. As a fellow medical professional, the nursing and medical staff are inept at their job and could care less. I could not look in the mirror if I treated my patients that way. After 20 years, I found a new family physician and set up an appoint. The new physician's office called 4 hours later and said they could not take me as a patient because Deanna Huss banned me from the entire Beacon health system. So I had to find a doctor outside of Beacon. I guess that is retaliation for switching physicians.
