Quality. They are the most affordable shop I have found, they do the work well, they do it in the most efficient way, and most of all they won't charge you for something you don't need. I have had them save me money, by not performing a repair another shop told me I needed. They could have easily performed the repair and charged me their rate. Ill always come back here.
After a 10 hr drive with 3 yr old and 8 yr old fighting almost the whole way my wheel started wobbling. Anxiety was threw the roof I stopped there in a panic with 2 miserable kids worried how much it was going cost to fix it. Hoping this was honest place that wouldn't take my money ...My rim was bent ! They look at my car balance my tires , told me I can make to where I was going and no charge. even let the boys help them put tires back on and change their mood for rest of the trip! Thank you mark for being honest ,fixing the problem and ,and letting the boys help you fix the car. You was a life saver if I lived closer I would definitely be a regular customer! But when I'm passing through I will stop by! And tell all my friends how wonderful you guys are!!
I am traveling and had a check engine light pop on. I took it to a auto parts store to have them read the code, it was an airflow sensor. I took it to Car-X to see how much it would cost to have them fix it. They knew I was traveling and got it right in to take a look, came in and said there was no code and verified the auto parts place hadn't cleared it. Then brought me out to the garage, showed me where the sensor was located and the mechanic was going to spray a cleaner on it to help. They then verified that the code was gone and sent me on my way at no charge. These guys are amazing, if I lived in the area they would be my mechanics every time!!! A big Thank YOU!!!
The guys here were unbelievable! My muffler broke on the way to a fun day of pampering myself, on my one day off. Needless to say, that's not what you want. But, the situation was not all bad! They addressed the issue, explained the situation to me, and fixed it in way under the 45minutes they estimated! They also told me it would be no charge and that I should pay it forward! Wow!! What an amazing gesture after a not so amazing day! I highly recommend them for all your car needs!!! Thanks again guys - you literally saved the day!!!
